1. The services provided by Ca+ion Travel are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. All bookings made through Ca+ion Travel are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize themselves with and adhere to these terms and conditions.

3. Ca+ion Travel  is not responsible for any cancellations or changes to bookings made by the customer, including any fees or penalties incurred as a result.

4. The agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the course of travel arrangements made through the agency.

5. All prices quoted by Ca+ion Travel are subject to change without notice. Customers are advised to confirm pricing with the agency at the time of booking.

6. We reserve the right to charge a service fee for the booking of travel arrangements. This fee is non-refundable.

7. Ca+ion Travel will make every effort to accommodate special requests made by customers, but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of these requests.

8. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary documentation, such as passports and visas, for travel. Ca+ion Travel is not responsible for any issues that arise due to inadequate documentation.

9. The agency reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate or unethical.

10. By booking travel arrangements through Ca+ion Travel, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions and release the agency from any liability for issues that may arise during the course of travel.
